Kaveri Polymers is a sister concern of Kaveri Enterprises established in 2012. Facilities of Kaveri Polymers is developed at Near Shantai heights, Gat No.105, Jyotiba nagar, Talawade, Pune-412114. Our organization is a one stop destination servicing customer in the field of rubber articles. Over the course of our journey, we have established a firm foothold in this industry.
At present we are manufacturing Oil seals, O-rings and are working on Automobiles Parts, Non-Automobile Parts required for OES.
We also manufacture metal bonded, rubber to fabric, rubber to Teflon and rubber to plastic parts. i.e. Seals, Grommets, by using Natural, SBR, Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene, Butyl, Bromobutyl, NBR PVC, Silicon, Flouroelastomer (Viton),Poly Ureathene(PU).
Within short time of period in industry Now We are INR 25 Million turnover company.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We are also accredited with International Accreditation Forum i.e. IAF . We are also certified with ROHS.

Machines
In kaveri polymers we have highly efficient and safe machines.
The machines are of various capacities according to tonnage and size.
We have vacuum compression machines with ejectors.
We have in all 12 hydraulic compression machines.
Mixing mill of capacity 24 kg.
Lab Facility
We have setup a lab for elastomer testings.
Currently we are having rheometer,2 ovens,muffle furnace.
We also have a universal tensile machine.
For hardness testing, thickness checking we have hardness tester, thickness guage, vernier calliper.
We also have instrument to check specific gravity,density of material.
We also have rheo instrument to check the properties of material.
